You don’t need to fit in everywhere to know that you belong here.

Coming Home Wellness (CHW) is a trauma-informed community whose living mission is to support mental health, rest and restoration, and presence through expression, movement, and collective care.

We believe that by nurturing our physical, emotional, and mental well-being, we can cultivate and nurture a welcoming sense of home within ourselves and our communities.

Recognizing that people are at the intersection of a multitude of identities and systems, CHW aims to support people of the global majority, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and others who are curious about what it might feel like to come home to themselves.

“People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. When I look at a sunset, I don't find myself saying, ‘Soften the orange a bit on the right hand corner.’ I don't try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds.
